Just being part of Saints’ new Kit Back scheme was enough to earn local Primary School St Peter and Paul a new set of shirts for their school team.
Officially launching Kit Back into Super League XIII, kit suppliers Kooga, provided a set of 25 jerseys for any school who had registered to join the scheme before February 1.
St Peter and Paul Primary were subsequently chosen from more than 90 others in a draw run by Saints Kit Back Co-ordinator Emma Knight and already have 3886 points in the bank.
“We were both surprised and delighted to be chosen,” said Dominic Redcliffe. “Being presented with our shirts before 13,500 fans at the Saints home match against Warrington (pictured) was a great thrill for the school and the pupils,” he added.
WELL DONE TO PORTICO VINE ARLFC who are the first organization to exchange their kitback points for new kit and equipment from Kooga.
The club have collected more than 11,000 points and were presented with their kit on Friday night at the Hull FC game by Shaun Fallon from Kooga and Saints Community Marketing Manager Emma Knight who said: "The new reward scheme is really taking off with more than 100 schools and organisations now registered. It's great to see a local club be the first to exchange their points and benefit from new kit."
