SAINTS stars participated in some unusual pre-season training when the first team squad took to the hills for some off-road adventure.

They then split into four teams and took part in games such as blind-folded driving and paint-balling out of the back of the cars.
Captain Paul Sculthorpe said: “All the lads really enjoyed the day and it was great for team building and spirit amongst the squad.
“It’s always good to do something a bit different and our coaches have given us a really varied and interesting pre-season training programme to help prepared us for the challenge of matching our achievements of last season.”
