Francis Meli has signed an extension to his contract that will see him stay at the Saints until end of season 2010.
The 26-year-old Kiwi has been in fine form since joining the Saints, scoring 26 tries in 46 appearances.
He also laid the platform for last season’s Grand Final win scoring the first try.
“We are naturally delighted that Francis has committed his future to the club,” commented Saints’ chairman Eamonn McManus. “He has formed a great partnership with his fellow Kiwi Willie Talau, which is feared across the competition, and has played a key role in our success to date."
