Parking will be free in St Helens Town Centre on the last Sunday before Christmas.

 

And means you can easily take advantage of the Saints Superstore at Church Square opening from 10-4 on Sunday December 23.

 

The Council will close its ever popular car boot sale on that Sunday to free up extra parking spaces for shoppers alongside making its other car parks free.

 

So if you’re looking for that last minute gift, or something special for that Saint in your life, you now can park free to ease the load.

 

Steve Brogan, Chairman of the Town Centre Partnership welcomed the Council’s decision adding: "Creating extra car parking spaces will be a real boost to shoppers both local and from further afield taking advantage of the wide range of retail offer in the town centre at very competitive prices."
