St Helens Rugby League Football Club are delighted to announce a major sponsorship partnership with GPW Recruitment.
The agreement will see the famous Knowsley Road Stadium, Saints’ home since 1890 renamed The GPW Recruitment Stadium until the End of Season 2010.
GPW Recruitment is one of the North West’s premier Recruitment Consultancies. Established in 1973 it is also one of the largest and most experienced single-site recruitment organisations in the UK employing 40+ direct staff under one roof.
It serves as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for recruitment services within its niche sectors and clients include the likes of Pilkington, Rolls-Royce, Procter & Gamble, Jacobs Engineering and St Helens Council to name but a few.
Commenting, Tony Colquitt Saints’ Chief Executive said: “We are looking forward to continuing a successful working relationship with a well-known and established brand.
“GPW have been long time supporters of the Saints and we’re sure this partnership will have a multitude of benefits for both organisations and go from strength to strength.”
Mark Parish, Director at GPW Recruitment comments: “GPW are very proud to be in partnership with St Helens RLFC. As a highly successful local business looking to further develop into what is a huge market, our performance over recent years has almost matched the success Saints have had on the pitch.
“Our aim is to become the most successful recruitment company within the North West region. Our high level of repeatbusiness and growth is testimony to the superior service levels we currently provide but the challenge lies in attracting new business and bringing new companies on board. This is where we believe our partnership with Saints will come into its own – in raising awareness throughout the region of our company and services.”
Managing Director, Graham Worsley, added: “To be in partnership with Saints is to be associated with the best in the world and with a brand which is recognised by the majority of people throughout the North West. We are strongly focussed on working with local people and local companies and we believe that working with Saints will allow us to effectively target the people and companies that matter.”
