Bradford claim top spot in the Frontline Fair Play Index

Bradford Bulls have climbed to the top of the Frontline Fair Play Index after conceding a modest 11 points during their engage Super League Round 6 victory over Warrington Wolves.
 
However, their West Yorkshire rivals Leeds Rhinos were the fairest team of the Round conceding just six points as they overcame last year’s Frontline Fair Play Index winners Harlequins RL in a week where disciplinary matters were again in the limelight.
 
Wakefield Trinity Wildcats star Tevita Leo-Latu received a three match ban for a reckless high tackle which contributed to the Wildcats conceding a Round high 30 points.  Such a haul also led to the Wildcats dropping from first place in the Frontline Fair Play Index down to seventh.
 
Meanwhile, Huddersfield Giants conceded 21 points after prop forward Darrell Griffin received a one match ban following his sending off in the Giants' last gasp loss to Wigan.
 
Catalans Dragons remain bottom of the Index after their French international prop forward Jerome Guisset was handed a two match ban for a reckless high tackle in their victory over St. Helens.
 
The team which finishes top of the Frontline Fair Play Index at the end of the regular engage Super League season will scoop a £5,000 prize and a specially engraved trophy from Frontline Bathrooms who are leading bathroom suppliers to the bathroom industry.
