As the 2007 End of Season Awards draw ever closer, preparation is in full swing to make this the best celebration yet.

A new award is being introduced this year to give all at Saints the chance to say thank you to its loyal supporters who follow the club, through thick and thin.

The 'Saints Supporter of the Year Award' is for the loyal fan that goes the extra mile to demonstrate their love for the club.

Loyalty is shown in many ways, so we welcome all types of nominations.

They may have missed a wedding to travel away, not missed a game for the past 10 years or has the entire first team squad tattooed on their anatomy.

The top three chosen nominees will get two complimentary tickets each to the End of Season Awards dinner, where the winner will be announced.

To enter your nomination, please write in no more than 150 words why you think your friend, family member or whoever deserves to win the Saints Supporter of the Year award.

Please include your own name, address and telephone number, as well as your nominee’s name, address and telephone number. We cannot accept the nomination without these details.

Deadline for entries is Friday August 10, and you cannot nominate yourself!

The End of Season Awards will be held on Monday September 10 at Haydock Racecourse.

The evening will include drinks reception, four course meal, first class entertainment and awards ceremony culminating in the Player of the Year accolade currently held by Paul Wellens.
