Smith again, brilliant. Welcome back Wilko and Tony Puletua. Its going to be tough without either of our first choice halves. Come on you Saints
  • Damo says:
God Smith thats all we need gonna be as worse as he was with our last match at home against Salford. Welcome back Wilko we have missed you its great to have you back on the field as well as Tony. Come on lads we may have our halves out and Kieron as well as alot more injuries but we still got a good squad and the young lads have been filling in superbly so lets dig deep and pick up the win friday!!! Come On You Saints!!!
  • cornsey says:
Forward with youth ,lets face it ,if we win anything this year it will be triumph through adversity ,ive never seen an injury blight like it ? on the good side we,ve had to blood quite a few youngstes in top games i.e Wigan & Leeds and that can only be a positive step for the future ,Good luck for friday guys
  • Liam Armstrong says:
Jon Wilkin and playing at 7 with Gaskell at 6?? big ask for the pair of them, but i would still like to see that than have scoot moore at scrum half again. Like any game against Catalans it will have to be big and strong down the middle
  • Diane says:
I'm sorry for Kyle as he was playing so well and had so much opportunity before him but I hope his injury isn't as bad as feared. Sad too to see that Pryce hasn't made it because we really do need him. However, in his absence I hope young Gaskell gets a go. I'd love to see how he takes on the big guys after such a stand-out performance in the u20s. I hope too that Lomax is going to be in the side. Not only do we need at least one goalkicker (especially since we are so injury-prone again this season) but also it would be good to see him in action again. Welcome back Jon (I hope he really IS fit!) and Tony P. We need you!
  • JOHN CALLON says:
we have a big pack of forwards so lets give gaskell a chance at stand off, tell him to go and play his normal game and see how he goes, we could always make a change if it didnt work out, its not that long ago that due to injuries we gave a chance to a young lad called roby and he has developed into a player that would walk into any side
  • smithy says:
we nearly beat leeds without any regular halves for a good part of the game so we can only get better come on u saints
  • JOHN CALLON says:
anybody know why emmitt was allowed to play for leigh tonight when he is in our 19 for catalan game, he played well again for leigh and scored again, think he has about 10 tries this season, he will learn at leigh but would learn even more if given more gametime with us
