St Helens Rugby League Club would like to state that there is no truth whatsoever in news reports that Willie Talau is to be shortly released from his contract.

 

The Club finds the reports farcical, ludicrous, without foundation and unhelpful in the build up to Friday’s home opener against Warrington Wolves.

 

Willie is currently recovering from a calf strain and the Club would like to state that he is an integral part of the Club’s plans for the season.
