JOSH Perry could make a return from injury when Saints travel to Hull FC this Bank Holiday Monday.
The 30-year-old prop forward has not featured since damaging his groin in the win over Crusaders and may feature in the clash at the KC Stadium.
But he has a lot of work still to do with the club’s physio staff and is therefore rated as “possible”.
Gary Wheeler, who was hit by Ryan Hoffman on Good Friday, will be sidelined for up to five weeks and is set to have an operation on his damaged AC shoulder joint this Friday.
Jonny Lomax sustained ankle ligament damage in Monday’s 22-20 win over Castleford and will be absent for around five weeks whilst Scott Moore will also sit out for the same length of time with an ankle injury.
Paul Wellens could make a return in Saints’ trip to Huddersfield in around three weeks time and Chris Flannery’s recovery from a hamstring tear is going well.
Leon Pryce is back training following his groin injury – but will be out for around six weeks – and Lee Gaskell, who fractured his ankle in the victory over Wakefield, could be back in around a month.
