Additional Parking Advice

SAINTS have advised fans travelling to Friday’s Karalius Cup game against Widnes to set out as early as possible to avoid undue congestion.

A crowd of approaching 13,000 is expected at Langtree Park for Saints first ever game at their new stadium.

There will be no car parking available at Langtree Park for supporters or at the Tesco superstore.

Store officials have told the club that an automatic number plate recognition system will be in place and you will be issued with a fixed penalty notice should you park there for the match.

The club’s advice is to use the town centre car parks which are signposted as you enter St Helens and get to the stadium via the new footbridge which spans the Linkway.

St Helens Council has issued its own parking advice here and here.

The Founders Café Bar at Langtree Park will be open to the public before and after the game as well as numerous large kiosk areas containing a wide choice of food and drinks.

You’ll be able to enjoy a pint of Saints Gold and the great range of refreshments on offer before the match.
