THE second round of the 2012 Rugby League 9s tournament takes place this evening with Cumbria, Widnes Vikings, Leeds Rhinos and Castleford Tigers all hosting festivals.
Undefeated Leeds Rhinos are currently top of the East league table and will be hoping to keep their 100 per cent record intact whilst in the West league both Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves sit atop the table level on maximum points.
Cumbria host their 9s festival at Derwent Park in Workington and will face St Helens, Salford City Reds and the undefeated Warrington Wolves. Gates open at 6.00pm with tickets costing £6 for adults and under 16s go free.
The Stobart Stadium will play host to Widnes’s festival which will see the Vikings battle it out with London Broncos, Wigan Warriors and The University of Gloucestershire All Golds. Gates open at 6.30pm and tickets cost £6 for adults and Concessions £3
Leeds Rhinos’ 9s festival at Headingley Carnegie Stadium opens at 6.00pm and will see the hosts go head to head with Hull FC, Bradford Bulls and Featherstone Rovers. Tickets for the evening cost £5 adult and under 16s are free.
The PROBIZ Coliseum welcomes Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, Hull KR and Huddersfield Giants to face Castleford Tigers. Gates open at 6.30pm with tickets £6 for adults and £3 concessions.
