SAINTS Business Academy met for the first time this week and presented Jordan Turner with his Player of the Month award.
Sponsored by Oval Insurance Broking Ltd, the accolade hailed the centre for his work on and off the pitch in February.
More than 25 businesses attended the breakfast event and took in the Captain’s Run training session as they networked.
Paul Sculthorpe MBE also gave the guests a short speech on what it means to be a first team professional at Saints.
Head of Sales and Marketing Dave Hutchinson said: “We were really pleased with the attendance at the meeting and the response from businesses in the region was excellent.
“Business isn’t about quick wins; it’s about building a relationship and to combine that with good performance on the field we can celebrate success together for the rest of the season.
“We’d like to thank the businesses that came to event and we look forward to the next one at the end of March.”
