SAINTS travel to Hull FC this Friday for another hotly anticipated Super League clash.
Nathan Brown’s side are top of the league and hold a narrow lead from the first leg of the inaugural Steve Prescott Cup.
Saints beat Hull FC 34-22 at Langtree Park in February and the second leg will take place at the KC Stadium this Friday.
Before the game, which kicks off at 8pm, a tribute to the inspirational Prescott will be played on the large screens and his sons Taylor and Koby will be mascots.
Steve’s brother Neil will also bring the matchball onto the KC Stadium pitch.
General Manager of the Steve Prescott Foundation, Martin Blondel, said: “We would like to thank Hull FC and St.Helens R.F.C. for this magnificent gesture.
“Knowing the players like I do, I know how much it will mean to both sides, it will be a huge honour for either captain to lift the inaugural Steve Prescott Cup!
“This fixture will be a permanent reminder of the great man and cup will make sure that Steve’s legacy will continue and his name will live on forever.”
Tickets for the match remain on sale from the Ticket Office at Langtree Park and by logging on here.
