ATELEA Vea has linked up with his teammates and is already looking forward to life in the Red V this season.
The 27-year-old met with Head Coach Keiron Cunningham yesterday and hit the gym with a number of returning players.
The Grand Final squad will join him to start pre-season next week.
“It’s been good and I’m glad to be here,” the Tongan international second rower said. “I’ve done my first session with the players and there’s a lot more to come.
“I played against Saints last season and the crowd were great. It felt like somewhere I would like to be.
“I can’t wait to play in front of them.”
