SAINTS 19s will face Hull FC in the Academy Championship Semi Final this Friday at 5.15pm for a Grand Final spot.
Wigan or Warrington lie in wait for Derek Traynor’s men if successful.
Saints have beaten Hull in all their three meetings this season – with games between the two usually high scoring and exciting affairs.
“The players deserve this chance,” Saints Head Coach Keiron Cunningham said. “They have worked hard and have been consistently one of the best sides in the comp. They have done very well.
“There aren’t many top age kids in our 19s, unlike say Hull and Wigan, and the signs are very good for next year that we should have a dominant side.
“It will be an exciting game and I hope the kids do a good job and do the business.”
The game is a curtainraiser to the Saints v Wigan match which kicks off at 8pm.
