ACADEMY star Ben Morris could receive his first cap for Wales against Jamaica tonight.
The 19-year-old was part of the Saints squad that beat Wigan in the under 19s Grand Final.
But now he has the chance to become an international.
Speaking to walesrugbyleague.co.uk he said: “The squad [for the Qualifiers] was announced the other week, so I didn’t think I’d hear anything off Wales.
“I then spoke to Bob Wilson (team manager), who asked me to come in to camp. I jumped at the chance.
“I thought I’d come down and see what the camp is like, but it looks like I could now be in with a chance of playing.
“It’s a chance for me to perform and give a good first impression. I want to bring as much to the team as possible and show what I can do.”
