Saints Wheelchair Rugby League side got their season underway at the weekend.
They faced a strong Leyland Warriors side but despite a valiant effort went down 52-38.
The experienced Leyland side got off to a great start and established an early lead.
Saints showed great courage and determination in the second half but couldn’t overturn that deficit.
