Saints will travel to Castleford in the Women's Challenge Cup Quarter Finals.
Mark Brennan’s side have been set the task after beating Hull FC 78-0 at the Totally Wicked Stadium on Sunday.
The Tigers recovered from a 14-6 half-time deficit to beat holders Bradford Bulls 32-14 at Odsal.
The other all-Women’s Super League tie sees Wigan Warriors travel to face 2017 Cup finalists, Featherstone Rovers.
Elsewhere, Leeds Rhinos have been drawn at home to The Army – who overcame Hull Wyke 84-0 to seal their spot.
And Championship title contenders Barrow will be looking to cause an upset when they welcome Super League’s York City Knights to Cumbria.
Brennan said: “The draw is a tough one; the Tigers had a very good win in the first round against Bradford and have shown some good form in the league. We play them at the Jungle on the June 17 too and then again for this fixture.
“We will be working hard towards this over the next few weeks whilst ensuring we don’t take our eye off the upcoming league games. The cup is a great competition and I am sure the players will be looking forward to it too.”
All fixtures will take place week ending July 1, dates and kick-off times will be announced in due course.
The 2018 Women’s Challenge Cup Final will be hosted at Wigan’s Robin Park Arena on Saturday August 4, with the Women’s Shield Final kicking off a double-header of action (KO TBC).
