The St Helens Colour Run 4k – an all-new fun run for our town – will bring a festival of colour, fun and entertainment.
Runners are being invited to paint the Town Centre red – and yellow and blue, and many other colours, in a 4k run.
Fun runners, serious runners, pram-pushers, walkers – everyone, in fact – are welcome to the spectacular event to jog, dance skip or even cartwheel their way whilst being showered with coloured powder.
Colour run will start at 9am on Sunday September 23 with a post event colour Zumba hosted with the Saints Angels.
Mark Jennings, Event’s organiser at St Helens Sport Development, said: “We are really excited to be hosting our first ever Colour Runs this year starting at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
“The venue is perfect for an exciting new traffic-free 4K route, to Church Square then back to the stadium with colour stations, entertainment and refreshment points throughout.
“The event is in aid of Saints Community Development Foundation and St Helens YMCA; charities providing support for local people.”
