Saints Community Development Foundation are very pleased to welcome three new members of staff to their department, who are set to make a positive impact in our community.
Tara Jones, Jenny Welsby and Chris Chamberlain join the team at a time of major development and hope to take the Foundation forward in the coming months.
The trio will play crucial roles in the SCDF and its programmes, helping to run rugby training sessions as well as various other projects throughout our local community.
Steve Leonard, Director of Foundation, has expressed his elation at the appointments: “The time was right to take our next step forward as a Foundation.
“We have taken our time to best plan our strategies for the next phase of our development and this highlighted a need for a Programmes/Finance Manager with a proven track record in successful deliveries and promotion.
“I’m glad to say that in Chris Chamberlain we have found the perfect fit for the role.
“The Foundation prides itself on its first class delivery and the professionalism of its staff, and I know already having spent time alongside Jenny and Tara, that they will further enhance this reputation.
“I would like to welcome all three onboard and wish them well in their respective roles.”
Tara, who is also the Captain of the Saints Women’s team, will take the role of Community Rugby League Coach.
Jenny Welsby will take the role of Lead Community Rugby League Coach, while Chris Chamberlain will take the role of SCDF Project and Finance Manager.
