Capping off a stellar weekend, Tommy Makinson has been shortlisted for the 2018 Rugby League International Federation Golden Boot.
The winger scored a hat-trick at Anfield to hand England a series win over New Zealand.
Also nominated is Elliott Whitehead while from the southern hemisphere Dallin Watene-Zelezniak (New Zealand) and James Tedesco (Australia) are also on the list.
The winner will be announced at the Hall of Fame & RLIF Golden Boot Dinner which will be held at Elland Road, Leeds on Wednesday November 7.
The first ever Women’s Golden Boot will be selected from Ali Brigginshaw (Australia), Brittany Breayley (Australia), Georgia Roche (England), Honey Hireme (New Zealand) and
Isabelle Kelly (Australia).
