Billy Dillon’s Message to Thatto Heath Crusaders

Saints Development Foundation Community Clubs Ambassador, Billy Dillon has a message for Thatto Heath Crusaders.

Thatto knocked North Wales Crusaders out of the Challenge Cup to progress through to round five of the competition and have now drawn a home tie with Dewsbury Rams.

Saints Community Clubs Ambassador Billy Dillon has wished Thatto, the only amateur side left in the famous competition, good luck.

“Congratulations to Thatto Heath Crusaders on their achievements last weekend,” he said.

“Thatto Heath Crusader North West Men’s League team also had a very good win up at Walney Central in the semi final of The Barla Cup and they will now take on West Hull in the final with the date and ground to be agreed.

“I am sure that all of the towns community teams would like to wish Thatto Heath all the very best in both competitions as they endeavour to progress further and at the same time highlight how strong community rugby league is in St.Helens.

“I would like to say good luck to both teams!”
