Louie McCarthy-Scrasbrook's two tries helped Saints defeat Leeds Rhinos on Friday night at the Totally Wicked Stadium and our number 13 admits the mood in the camp is "buzzing".
LMS scored two tries in an 80-minute performance at loose-forward, in a game that Saints started and ended with a bang, but were made to work hard through the middle periods.
On the win that consolidated Saint’s lead at the top of the Betfred Super League table, Louis said:
“To get the two points was good, but we let ourselves down a bit in the middle.
“Leeds have got some really good players, we started really well in the first half and ended the second half well, the mood in the camp is buzzing, we have got the winning taste in our mouth and we just want to keep that going.”
