Saints are back in Super League action as Wakefield Trinity are in town in Round 24 of the Betfred Super League with kick off at 7:45pm tonight and there is tons for you to enjoy here at the Totally Wicked Stadium.

Justin Holbrook named his 19-man squad ahead of the match in which Zeb Taia is included.
We currently sit 22 points and eight places above Friday night’s opponents, with Trinity losing nine of their last ten games in all competitions.
The Saints lead the way with tries scored in the 2019 campaign, scoring 134 tries so far this season, compared to Wakefield’s 82. Off the back of that, we also lead the way when it comes to metres made in the Betfred Super League. We have made 32,142 metres in the competition so far this season, Tommy Makinson being our highest metre maker, having made 3013 metres – the highest in the competition. Friday night’s visitors have made 27,233 metres so far this campaign, Reece Lyne being their biggest metre maker with 2704 metres made in 2019.
Trinity do have the edge over the Saints when it comes to runs from dummy half though, making 279 compared to the redvee’s 268. That’s an average of 12.1 per game for Friday night’s visitors, whilst the Saints are close being with 11.65 runs from dummy half per game. Trinity’s Kyle Wood has made the most for their side this season with 136, closely followed by Saints skipper James Roby, who has made 123.
