Updated Challenge Cup Final travel and parking info

All Saints fans planning to travel to London for the Coral Challenge Cup Final, this Saturday should be aware of the updated information below to help with preparation for their journey.

The Club Ticket office and Superstore will both close at 5pm on Friday 23 August and will not reopen until the following Tuesday. All fans who have purchased tickets for collection must collect them before this time as no tickets will be transferred to Wembley. The Ticket Office has extended opening hours until 7pm on Thursday 22 August alongside the Superstore.

For those fans travelling by car, please be aware to check for traffic updates and any road closures before departure.

Please view the updated Wembley Stadium spectator guide here which includes baggage restrictions.

There is also further information here hosted on the Wembley Stadium website, related to planning your trip.

For fans traveling via Club coaches:

The departure time for Club coaches is 7am from the Totally Wicked Stadium.

Please note that the St.Helens Linkway will be closed at this time, so please use an alternative route into the stadium.

Due to revised circumstances, parking on site at the Totally Wicked Stadium is NOT available, we encourage fans to park at an alternative location (details below) or to be dropped off on Peasley Cross Road to prevent any bottlenecks.

The Club and St.Helens Council have agreed to open four Town Centre car parks to accommodate fans who want to park and then board a coach.

Chalon Way car park, locted just over the Steve Prescott Bridge, will be open from 6am, Saturday 24 August and will close promptly at 1am on Sunday 25 August 2019.

Normal Match Day parking charges will apply of £1.50 per vehicle.

Due to the Car Boot Sale, which takes place every Sunday morning on the lower levels of Chalon Way Car Park, all parkers will need to use Level 5 and above only – drivers will be informed of this as they enter the car park.

If any cars remain on the car park after the closure time, they will be securely parked overnight and the driver will be able to collect their car after 1pm on Sunday afternoon 25 August. Collection of vehicles earlier than 1pm will not be possible due to the regular Sunday Car Boot Sale taking place.

On Sunday afternoon 25 August 2019, Chalon Way Car Park will remain open between 1pm and 6pm for the Saints Homecoming, should we win the Cup, which will be taking place at Victoria Square.

There are also three other Council car parks available use which are all ground floor level:

Parr Street Car Park – Pay and display car park £1 fee payable for all day on Saturday

Tolver Street Car Park (behind the Theatre Royal) – Pay and display car park £1 fee payable for all day on Saturday

Birchley Street Car Park – Barriers will be up before 7am and after 7pm – this means that anyone parking there would not have to pay a parking fee. If the the barriers were down in the morning, drivers would need to take a ticket to access the car park, but the barriers would be up by the time they returned to collect their car so no fee would be payable.

All car parks are subject to availability and vehicles are left at the owners own risk.

On arrival to the Totally Wicked Stadium site, fans should make their way in an orderly fashion to the rear of the Totally Wicked North Stand where managed coach boarding will commence. Please be aware of the through road used by Tesco vehicles. Please do not attempt to board any coach until authorised to do so by a Club official.

Each coach will be manned by an Official Club Steward and no alcohol is permitted to be brought onto any Club Coach under any circumstances.

All of the following times are approximate, not guaranteed and subject to traffic and stoppages and are designed to give a guide only:
