Ever wondered how the successful Saints scholarship system works? Hear from Scholarship Manager Neil Kilshaw, Head of Academy Strength and Conditioning Adam Daniels and some of Saints new Scholarship players who talk about the player pathway.
The club has recruited 18 new scholars from their community clubs ahead of the new season who are all training with the hope of progressing through the ranks to the U18s and then hopefully, with a bit of luck, to the first team.
The likes of Jonny Lomax, Tommy Makinson, Mark Percival, Luke Thompson and James Roby have all progressed through the successful Academy system to go on to represent not only the first team, but pick up international honours too.
