Read what our boys got up to on Day 14 of their Academy tour of Australia.
The usual post match recovery session up at the Panthers Stadium took place on day 14 before the boys enjoyed a dip in the cables lake to aid recovery after there were a few battered and bruised bodies following last night’s tough battle against the Souths.
We then headed for a BBQ breakfast before we headed to Katoomba, Scenic World and ‘echo point’ up in the beautiful blue mountains. The boys enjoyed the cable car and world’s steepest railway at Scenic World before they explored the boardwalks deep in the rain forest.
The nerves and fear of heights were on show as the cable cars and glass bottom revealed a drop of 200m to the forest floor.
With today being a recovery day it was an easy evening with a walk up to Panthers Leagues Club for dinner and then on to Aqua Golf again to hit a few balls.
