Super League's 2019 Young Player of the Year, Matty Lees, is back in training with the Saints and is confident of being fully fit for the start of the 2020 campaign.
Lees admits he has been working hard in the off season and has been keen to get back training again with the lads.
Matty says he is “progressing well” and is aiming to be fully fit for the start of the 2020 season after his horrific bowel injury he picked up in the win over Leeds Rhinos at Emerald Headingley back in August.
In other injury news, winger Tommy Makinson is now back in the gym following the operation on his dislocated shoulder, whilst loose forward Morgan Knowles has had both shoulders operated upon and is also back in the gym along with captain James Roby.
