Wednesday marked the Annual Christmas Reminisce Café at the Totally Wicked Stadium, that this time seen over 70 guests attend and enjoy.
The Reminisce Café, hosted by Community Coach Brad Billsborough, is a free bi-weekly dementia friendly event which is open to all and hosted at the Totally Wicked Stadium. It has the aim of using the Saints and the Town as a way of triggering memories and instigating discussion.
It’s fun, warm welcoming environment has been very popular over the years and we have a loving and loyal audience. The event also acts as a sort respite for carers who do such a wonderful job looking after loved ones on a daily basis.
We are incredibly proud to see such an audience attend the Christmas Reminisce Café this year. The Café took part in a number of fun activities and quizzes with a Christmas twist whilst also instigating discussion about our town’s great heritage and past.
