Head Coach Kristian Woolf says "everyone's going to get an opportunity to play some minutes" this weekend, be it against Oldham RLFC on Saturday or in Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook's Testimonial against London Broncos on Sunday.
A Saints select 13 will face Oldham RLFC in a pre-season friendly which is to be played at the Vestacare Stadium on Saturday, kicking off at 7.30pm, before a strong, predominantly first team squad will take on the Broncos in LMS’s testimonial clash the following day with kick off at 2:30pm.
Woolf revealed that a number of players who play on Saturday will then get a chance to back that up on the Sunday with some more limited minutes.
The boss is also expecting a tough game against London on Sunday and has a fitness update on Morgan Knowles and Tommy Makinson ahead of the weekend’s games.
