Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook was in typically buoyant mood ahead of his Testimonial on Sunday whilst the fan favourite believes claiming World Club Challenge glory will be the perfect Testimonial year.
A strong Saints squad will face Louie’s first club, London Broncos on Sunday at the Totally Wicked Stadium (kick off 2:30pm) in the second of a double header of warm up fixtures this weekend.
LMS insists it is a great honour to be able to play against the club that instilled the ‘rugby league bug’ inside of him whilst is pleased it will be a virtually full strength Saints team that will take to the field.
And our no.13 is also looking forward to the months ahead as we face Sydney Roosters in a memorable World Club Challenge match-up in February in a game which he hopes Saints can come out on top and go on to claim all trophies on offer.
