Each day whilst we are all in Lockdown we will recall a famous Saints moment from the current day thanks to Saints Heritage Society.
4 MAY 2012
Super League round 13: St. Helens 38-12 Wakefield Trinity Wildcats at Langtree Park.
Former Sydney Rooster Chris Flannery scored a hat-trick from the second row, with captain fantastic James Roby capping a comprehensive victory with a marvellous long distance solo effort in front of the West Stand. What a player!
Sia Soliola also weighed in with two first-half tries whilst Tommy Makinson got on the scoresheet as did Jonny Lomax, who also kicked three goals to claim a 10-point haul.
