We caught up with hat-trick hero Tommy Makinson today as he joined the rest of the squad for recovery training after last night's impressive win over Wakefield at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Makinson bagged a first half hat-trick and naturally he was delighted with getting over the try-line on those three occasions, but more importantly the manner of the victory.
Tommy also grabbed himself an assist and joked he felt like Jonny Lomax after his pass sent Kevin Naiqama over for the last score of the game!
The Golden Boot winner also admitted all the boys are feeling good and ready to go again next week as the business end of the season draws nearer!
