Alex Walmsley has been handed a two match ban after being found guilty of a Grade C tackle in our game with Leeds Rhinos on Friday.
The RFL Match Review Panel reviewed an incident which occurred in approximately the 10h minute in which Walmsley was adjudged to have committed a Grade C offence (Dangerous Contact) on Alex Sutcliffe.
The ban comes into affect at midnight tonight (Monday).
Walmsley is therefore free to face Salford this evening if selected, but will subsequently miss the derby against Wigan on Friday at Totally Wicked Stadium followed by Saints clash in Perpignan against Catalans Dragons on Thursday week.
