2021 Members should now have received their streaming codes allowing them access to watch all of Saints' fixtures live in Rounds 1-5 of the Betfred Super League...
As committed to in our 2021 Membership benefits, we don’t want you to miss a moment of the action as the Betfred Super League returns.
Irrespective of if the game is televised on Sky, Saints’ matches in Rounds 1-5 will all be covered via the OurLeague app in addition to any SKY coverage.
How does it work?
You will be sent a unique code via email which is then redeemable on the OurLeague App you must sign up to the app to gain access to the streaming service.
Once you have activated your code it will remain valid it will remain valid for all applicable behind closed door matches in the 2021 season, so no need to re-register again each week.
You will have the option to watch the game live as it happens. (We will as always have highlights and the full game replay on Saints TV if you miss it!)
Your code will be sent to your email address which you have provided and which held on the Club’s database against your Membership booking.
We are only able to send communications to Members who have up to date contact information and in some cases spam filters and other technical barriers can result in emails not being received.
Members who renewed their 2021 Membership before mid-day Monday 15th March will be sent their code by the end of the week commencing 15th March, Members who have renewed after this time/date up – until the renewal window closing at 5pm, 19th March, will be sent their code week commencing 22nd March.
If you have not received your code in line with the above dates, please first check your email accounts spam/junk folder, if it is not present, request it from us using the process below:
CODES CAN ONLY BE CLAIMED UP TO 24HRS BEFORE KICK OFF OF EACH FIXTURE TO GIVE US TIME TO ADMINISTER CODES.
You can only request the code via email – Members must provide an email address and their Member number (which can be found on your 2020 Membership card) to [email protected]
Once your details have been checked against the Membership database, you will then be sent your activation code.
For Members who have multiple Memberships on one booking, please provide all Membership numbers and a different email address for each Membership.
Please be aware that at present the Club is still operating on limited staffing and timescales to implement this service, so please be patient when requesting your code.
