2021 Members can claim their refund for the three missed home fixtures in the season to date, from Monday 26th April.
2021 Members are now eligible to claim their refund for the below home fixtures:
The 13th Home fixture that was removed from the fixture schedule before the season began.
Friday 26th March vs. Salford Red Devils
Friday 16th April vs. Wakefield Trinity
To claim your refund Members need to call the ticket office during open hours – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 10am – 3pm on 01744 455052.
From Tuesday 4th May, these hours will be expanded to Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Refunds can only be given to a credit/debit card, cash refunds are not possible at this time.
Members who have paid by direct debit can claim a refund by card also.
Further information on the return of 2021 Members to the Totally Wicked Stadium, following the proposed easing of Covid-19 restrictions from the 17th May will be published shortly. The Club is working hard behind the scenes to prepare for this return and we again thank fans for their patience at this time.
