Saints Women face Huddersfield Giants Women this afternoon (3.30pm kick off) in Round 2 of the Betfred Women's Super League at Victoria Park and we will have regular updates for you right here on saintsrlfc.com.
As revealed on Friday, we have joined the sport’s governing body, clubs and players in withdrawing from key social media platforms from 3pm Friday until 11:59pm on Monday 3 May, to show solidarity with other sports and amplify the message that nobody should have to suffer abuse, racism or harassment on social media.

1′ We are underway at Warrington as Saints look to make it two wins from two at the start of their 2021 campaign!
2′ Long delay early on as a Giants player goes down with a serious looking leg injury.
3′ TRY! Saints score with their first set though, a flowing move from left to right ended with Naomi Williams finding Rachael Woosey who strolled in at the right corner. Faye Gaskin hit the post with the conversion, 4-0 Saints lead.
7′ TRY! Jodie Cunningham feeds Woosey again out wide and the winger makes no mistake as she grounds the ball in the right corner. Gaskin misses another tough kick, 8-0.
10′ TRY! Saints add their third early on, a great run and step by Emily Rudge sees her cross for our third try. Gaskin converts from in front of the sticks.
13′ TRY! Rudge is once again fed down the left and is too powerful for the Giants fullback and powers her way over. Gaskin misses the kick.
15′ TRY! Amy Hardcastle breaks the line before rounding the Giants fullback from distance before flying under the sticks. Gaskin adds the two from in front, Saints lead 24-0.
20′ TRY! Saints add another at the midpoint of the first half. Danielle Bush with a break down the left before Tara Jones picks the ball up from dummy half to power her way over as the Giants tried to get back into position. Gaskin missed the conversion.
23′ TRY! Saints grab their seventh try of the first half. A break down the right ends with Williams opting to go herself rather than pass the ball and her decision pays off as she powers over. Gaskin misses the conversion attempt, 32-0.
30′ TRY! Saints score another, Amy Hardcastle stepping her way over from close range! Gaskin adds the extra two.
34′ TRY! Another for the redvee, Paige Travis scores from close range after a move from left to right. The conversion goes wide.
39′ TRY! Emily Rudge completes a first-half hat-trick by forcing her way over from close range after a good pass from Chantelle Crowl. Gaskin misses the kick.
HT’ A strong opening half from the Saints as they run in ten tries to lead 46-0 at the break in Warrington!

51′ TRY! Williams has a lot of space to run into down the right corner and takes advantage to score in the corner and further extend our lead. Gaskin hits the post, 54-0.
60′ TRY! Woosey completed her hat-trick on the hour mark for the Saints, using her pace the round the Giants defenders. Gaskin adds the conversion, 60-0.
63′ TRY! Jodie Cunningham is put through the middle and she scores underneath the sticks. Gaskin converts, 66-0.
69′ TRY! Saints add their 15th try of the afternoon, Amy Hardcastle completing her hat-trick from close range. Gaskin added the extra two, 72-0 we lead.
74′ TRY! Woosey collects a high kick and gives the ball to Danielle Bush, she runs down the right side and steps past a defender to score. Gaskin converts, 78-0.
78′ TRY! Amy Hardcastle is the quickest to react to a Gaskin kick and she collects it to score her fourth of the game! Gaskin converts, 84-0.
80′ TRY! Tara Jones makes a big break downfield and she finds Emily Rudge on her inside who scores her fourth try of the afternoon. Gaskin converts, 90-0.
