St Helens R.F.C. is pleased to announce that Enabling Homes are to be featured across the shoulders of the Club’s 2022 home and away shirts.
Our newest platinum partner has today agreed a sponsorship deal with the Saints to become the club’s new back of shirt sponsors until at least the end of the 2022 season.
Enabling Homes purchases and develops housing and accommodation to the Supported Living Market within the UK. A typical residential housing stock is brought up to a high spec and then ‘wrapped’ in a long term index lease which is linked via a Registered Housing Association.
These leases produce a higher and regular income stream which is funded directly by Government and Local Authorities.
Enabling Homes is a Ltd Company built of professionals and people, Social Workers, Lawyers and Housing Professionals who are considered to be some of the leading experts within this arena.
As part of their services, they provide legal advice and advocacy and work with all of the relevant bodies including Housing Associations/Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities and many of the Institutional Funds.
