A young Saints side will face the Castleford Tigers on Friday with kick off at 8pm live on Sky Sports and we have all the pre-match information for you right here in our Match Preview.
BACKGROUND…
Saints face Castleford Tigers on the back of two big wins over the Easter Weekend. The first – a Good Friday victory over Wigan before Kristian Woolf’s men backed it up with a hard-fought win over the Huddersfield Giants on Easter Monday.
‘Cas’ also bagged themselves two wins – an away victory over Wakefield Trinity on Thursday before a two-point victory over Leeds Rhinos.
Saints boss Kristian Woolf has made a number of changes to his squad ahead of Friday’s clash with up to nine new faces who could make their debuts. Clearly with Friday being Saints third match in eight days and with a Betfred Challenge Cup Semi-Final on the horizon, Woolf has opted to give some youngsters an opportunity at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle.
