Saints and Wigan clear of bans ahead of Challenge Cup Semi Final

Saints have been cleared to face Wigan Warriors in Saturday's Betfred Challenge Cup semi-final after receiving no further suspensions following our win over Salford on Friday.

Mark Percival was shown a yellow card whilst Jack Welsby was sent to the sin bin twice in the win over Salford for two separate minor offences and both Saints and opponents Wigan will have been nervously waiting the outcome of the RFL’s Match Review Panel, but both Club’s have had all their players cleared to play.

However, James Bell will serve the second of his two game ban, but both Konrad Hurrell and Curtis Sironen will be available for selection after missing the last two matches through suspensions. Boss Kristian Woolf will name his 21 man squad on Thursday at 12 noon.

Ahead of naming his squad, Woolf will also give a further update on the fitness of Jonny Lomax after our half back left the field in the win over Salford.
