Please note: If you have purchased a seated ticket for the event you will not be permitted onto the pitch area or Fan Village under any circumstances.

General Admission – No U14s. U16s accompanied by an adult 18+

Reserved Seats – No children 5 and under, U16s accompanied by an adult 18+

 

Getting to the Stadium

The Totally Wicked Stadium is located between Liverpool & Manchester and is easily accessible from both the M62 (Junction 7) and M6 (Junction 24). From the M62 follow the A570 (St Helens Linkway) and from the M6 follow the A580 and you will see signs to TW Stadium or a Rugby ball. Alternatively use the postcode WA9 3AL on your Sat Nav.

Parking

There will not be any parking available at the Stadium site itself other than for pre-booked accessible parking (see below)

There are 500 spaces available at Sherdley Park Golf Driving Range, which is around a 15 minute walk from the Stadium.

There will be a charge of £10 per vehicle and the facility will be fully staffed between 15.00 and 23.00. Please use the postcode WA9 5GP on your Sat Nav.

This site will be busy there will be traffic management in place but please be patient when trying to exit the site post-event.

Accessible Parking

There will be limited number of Accessible Parking spaces available at JK Phillips Haulage situated on McManus Drive, directly opposite the Stadium. This is on a first-come first-served basis, all details can be found here.

Town Centre Parking

There are a number of Town Centre Car Parks available:

Birchley Street Car Park – WA10 1HT (496 spaces) – open 24 hours

Tontine Multi-Storey (Pedestrian access via staircase only onto Chalon Way West, not recommended for Disabled/Accessible Parking) – Sat Nav WA10 1NU (255 spaces) – closes at 23.00 – £1.50 charge (same as a St.Helens R.F.C. matchday)

Parr Street Surface Car Park – Sat Nav WA9 1JU (57 spaces) – open 24 hours

North John Street Surface Car Park – Sat Nav WA10 2JT (216 spaces) – opening hours vary, please check on the day.

Hardshaw Centre Rooftop Car Park (Pedestrian access via staircase only onto Hall Street, not recommended for Disabled/Accessible Parking) – Sat Nav WA10 1EB (170 spaces) – opening hours vary, please check on the day.

Spectator Drop Off Facility

Please use Tesco’s Car Park (St.Helens Linkway) to drop off and pick up your friends and relatives, before and after the concert. The area will be clearly signposted and can be located using the postcode WA9 3AL.

By Train

The nearest train station is St.Helens Central, which is around 10 minutes walk from the Stadium, with frequent services running to and from Liverpool Lime Street, Wigan North Western & Preston. For the Manchester/Liverpool line please use Lea Green Station which is less than two miles away from the Stadium. On the main line London/Glasgow the nearest stations are Warrington Bank Quay and Wigan North Western which are both approximately nine miles from the Stadium. By Bus

Visitors can travel to Peasley Cross Lane using the below routes (The stop is directly outside the stadium).

By Air

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is situated approx. 25 minutes from the Stadium and Manchester Airport is situated approx. 40 minutes from the Stadium.

At the Stadium

Box Office

Event Box Office will open from 1pm and will be based in the Ticket Office at the Totally Wicked Stadium.

Security Checks

Security Staff will check your bags and search you on your entry to the stadium. This is for everyone’s safety, and we ask that you remain patient and co-operate with our staff with the process.

Smoking/Vaping

The Totally Wicked Stadium does not permit smoking however vaping is allowed.

 

No re-entry

The stadium will be operating a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue you cannot exit and re-enter under any circumstances.

Covid Safety

There are no current restrictions or requirements to show vaccination status for the event.

Food & Drink Offering

There will be a wide range of Food & Drink offerings at the event.

Madri draft will be available in our food and drink kiosks located under the stands for those in seated areas, in addition to Stowford Press Cider.

Wine, and Gin and Tonic aswell as bottled water and soft drinks will also be available.

The Fan Village will also offer food & drink options.

Fans will be permitted admittance with a single 500ml sealed bottle of water only. Drinking Water is available in the toilet areas of the stadium. No other food or drink will be able to be brought into the venue on entry.

Cashless Payment

The Totally Wicked Stadium is a fully cashless stadium for all food and drink and merchandise, no cash payments will be accepted.

American Express cards are not accepted.

Merchandise

Artist merchandise will be available on site.

 

Restricted Items

  • Bags which are larger than A4 (small handbag) in size. Please note there will be strictly no bag drop facilities at this event.
  • Folding Chairs of any kind
  • Large Umbrellas
  • An item that could be used as a weapon or compromise safety
  • Airhorns or other loud instruments
  • Your own food and alcohol. Numerous outlets will be serving food and drink within the stadium
  • Glass bottles and cans
  • Plastic bottles over 500 ml
  • Fireworks, flares and smoke cannisters
  • Laser devices
  • Professional photography equipment
  • Drones

Safeguarding

Lost/Missing persons will be taken to the Red Vee Café situated within the South Stand near to main reception.
