Our women’s head coach spoke to us following his side’s victory over league leaders York. Despite two injuries in the game and disruption to the squad it was the Saints who came out on top with Dec praising the defence shown in the game.
Rachael Woosey gave her reflection on the test that York gave us, and spoke about how a loss would’ve put us all but out of the race for the League Leaders Shield, which gave the team even more motivation to fight for one another.
