Saints are delighted to announce a new long-term partnership with Ticketmaster Sport to help power the Club’s brand-new ticketing solution.
The new partnership will see Saints fans enjoy extensive improvements in their ticketing experience with the Club for the 2023 season and beyond.
We have taken on board feedback from fans over an extended period, which highlighted the need to improve this service and this new solution will help to drive this forward, following a lengthy market-wide review held by the Club.
Ticketmaster is already the world’s industry-leading ticketing solution provider, supplying the ticketing solutions for the sporting world’s most famous brands including Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, West Ham and the NFL.
Working with a partner of the stature of Ticketmaster, aligns with the Club’s strategy of striving to be a Champion Club on and off the field and to deliver for it’s fanbase.
New features that will be introduced as part of the partnership for the new ticketing platform include:
- Full mobile optimisation so fans can use mobile tickets to enter Totally Wicked Stadium.
- All season and match tickets will be fully digital and compatible with digital wallets.
- Fans will be able to manage their own tickets including upgrades and transfers to friends and family.
- Through Ticketmaster’s ‘Friends and Family’ functionality the ticket-purchasing process will be easier for everyone.
- A system fully enhanced and adapted for accessibility.

Match tickets for the upcoming 2023 season will go on sale fully powered by Ticketmaster’s technology very soon.

Key Information for fans regarding the roll-out of the new solution
The solution is currently being rolled out in the Club Ticket Office with the full functionality available shortly.
A number of matches will be made available to purchase soon, including the home season opener vs. Leeds Rhinos, Friday 3rd March, 2023.
Please note: Once fans are able to purchase match tickets and 2023 Memberships on the new solution, once purchases are made, they will receive an email booking confirmation confirming their booking details, but will not receive a digital or physical tickets until the new year, once the full roll out of the solution is in place.
2023 Members who have already renewed or purchased their Memberships:
For the 2023 season fans will still receive a physical Membership card, as in previous seasons, once this is available in the new year.
Prior to Christmas, anyone wishing to utilise their Membership benefits, or who purchased their Memberships as a gift to a friend or family member can collect a Membership Gifting Insert that can be used as a place holder for the Membership card until they are available.
2023 Members will shortly receive an email inviting them to open their Ticket Master account on the new system using their current Membership number.
Any Members who purchased their Membership post mid-day 6th December, this process only be available shortly once a further data upload has been completed.
