A huge thank you to St.Helens College Carpentry and Joinery, and Painting and Decorating staff and students who designed and built the incredible plinth displaying no less than four Betfred Super League trophies.
The plinth proudly elevates the full size Betfred Super League trophy, won in 2022, which sits above the three miniature replicas from the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Grand Final wins.
James Hurst from the College’s Carpentry and Joinery department commented: “We were delighted to be approached by the Club and to take part in such a special project. Working together we created a design and got to work building something special that would showcase the Club’s achievements.”
Mark Onion, Saints Head of Marketing commented: “We are delighted to work alongside one of our long-standing Club partners on such a prestigious and unique project. We wanted the plinth to be built by St.Helens students in the Town itself, and the team at the College have really delivered on what we wanted to achieve.
We look forward to working on more projects together in the coming season.”
