St. Helens First Team Head Coach Paul Wellens looks ahead to Saturday afternoon's Betfred Challenge Cup Semi-Final against Leigh Leopards.
A spot at Wembley awaits the winning side, and with the Leopards high-flying season still going strong, the Saints boss knows it will be an incredibly tough encounter at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Following a bruising encounter against Catalans Dragons last week, the Red V will be without key men James Roby and Mark Percvial. Missing your starting hooker and captain, as well as a star centre is a knock for sure, but Wellens insists the 17 men who will play for our club will give their all in a bid to get one step closer to the national stadium.
Wellens also provides an early week update regarding the squad, with some players pushing to return to fitness for the fixture.
