St. Helens' Jack Welsby has been named in the six-man shortlist for the Glen's Vodka Super League Player of the Month for July 2023!
The nomination marks back-to-back inclusions for the monthly award after he was named in the shortlist for June too.
July though was another solid month for the Saints’ star fullback, assisting four tries and scoring two himself. Three of his setups came against Warrington Wolves, and against Leeds Rhinos last Friday night Welsby set up Will Hopoate for the opening points, and proved pivotal in the Red V’s win with two four-pointers to his name.
