Young Saints hooker Taylor Pemberton has joined Betfred Championship side York Knights on a loan for the remainder of the 2023 season.
The former Leigh East junior has been hard at work within the Saints First Team, and has represented our Reserves on nine occasions in 2023, scoring two tries. Pemberton made his senior Red V debut back in 2022 and has two First Team appearances to his name.
With seven rounds of the Betfred Championship remaining, York sit in ninth place just two points outside of the top six spots in the league table, which at the end of the season play in the eliminator play-offs. For Pemberton it should be an exciting challenge as the Knight buckle up for the business end of the campaign.
