As part of our Daniel Anderson Round which is supporting our former Head Coach, James Roby will be wearing a special shirt in the Betfred Super League match against Hull KR.
Various initiatives have and will put into place to ensure vital funds are raised for Daniel Anderson who suffered a freak surfing accident that has sadly left him a quadriplegic. Since then, the rugby league world has united to rally around one of our own.
The Saints have joined the NRL in making this week’s fixture our Daniel Anderson Round, with the aim to raises vital funds for Ando.
Ahead of kick-off, St.Helens’ players will proudly wear special warm up shirts featuring the iconic Red V and the name ‘Anderson’ on the back – these will be put up for auction very soon.
Club Captain James Roby, who played under Daniel from 2005 to 2008, will wear a unique shirt for the match which will feature the game details and Daniel Anderson Fund logo too.
