With the regular season down to the final four matches of the season, both Saints and Wakefield are motivated to get the result at either end of the Super League ladder.
Paul Wellens men are strong form winning their last five matches in a row, the latest of which saw the Red V put Castleford to the sword in the opening half and going on to win 4-34 at The Jungle.
Wakefield are in desperate need of points, facing the threat of relegation the Trin are at the bottom of the table, two points behind the Tigers with a worse points difference. However, with three home games remaining, the first of which is against St.Helens, and with a number of signings to try boost their survival fight – Trinity will be rightly up for this one.
The game kicks off at 3pm and it is NOT televised, but we’ll be keeping supporters updated on our Live Match Centre and our social media channels too.
